Request you Return Authorization Number by calling Customer Service @ 866-909-6333
You must call 866-909-6333 within 10 days of receiving your product to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept returns past 10 days. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to receive a refund. Returned product without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be REFUSED at the receiving dock.
Return Authorization Numbers will not be issued after the 10th business day. No returns or exchanges after 10 days. Returns cannot be processed without the original carton and original shipping label still intact. The tracking number of the package being returned will need to be given to the customer service representative to process the return. Props America advises you to insure your return in the event of damage or loss.
All returns and refunds are at the discretion of Props America. Returned items must arrive in new condition for a refund. Used or Damaged product will not be accepted for a refund. All protective films must be intact upon arrival back to Props America for any type of refund. Items that arrive with protective films removed or that arrive used or damaged will be returned to the shipper at their expense. The customer is responsible for the freight charges for the original shipment and the return shipment. Please insure your return in the event it is damaged by the courier.
Returned items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Returned items of quantities of 5 or more are subject to 50% restocking fee. Note: There are NO refunds on Custom Image Prints (images supplied by customer for printing) or Screen Image Replacements.
Freight amounts are not refunded.
